Late check-in charged an extra £10 unless arranged. Wireless internet was a hassle-handwritten password full of unclear letters left me without any connectivity for work. The television refused to turn on, leaving me out of luck. Coupled with a cold shower after ten minutes, I wasn't too thrilled about that. Toilet issues persisted, struggling to flush properly and waking up to an annoyingly bright window above it.

Had fairly nice stay for a local visit. The food was brilliant, with plenty of options. The location was brilliant, near Accrington on an away day, the center and local restaurants and near Wg Leisure we wanted to see.

fantastic strolls to parks and cafes from this guest house
I really appreciated the clean room and bathroom. The lovely comfortable atmosphere, and being just a few steps from Micki Morgans cafe and coffee bar allowed me to relax with some delicious refreshments in between my walks throughout the city.

Really enjoyed my stay, the room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast pack was cute with some snacks! The late check-in was super helpful, much appreciated. I found the Double Room comfortable and clean. The late check-in process made things easier. The bed was comfortable, and the free Wi-Fi worked well. I appreciated the owner's hospitality, allowing me to park inside the gates. The noise from the nearby train station during the day was a bit distracting. Breakfast options were minimal, just a porridge pot which didn't feel like a proper breakfast. It was pleasant but some improvements are needed in the breakfast area and soundproofing for the room.

Just a prime choice for a short break in Accrington with fantastic value for money. The late check-in was easy and the host was friendly. Make sure to ask about parking details to save time in the dark.

We stayed with our two young kids and found the room comfortable enough. The owners were friendly and even provided snacks and drinks for breakfast, a nice surprise! The location was also convenient for a quick trip into town.
My wife says that the bathroom setup felt odd.

The room was really clean, and the bathroom had a fantastic shower. Easy parking was available, a plus. We visited the local market and a nearby cafe for some delicious snacks! It was a solid experience, and I'd recommend it for a group trip.
The bed I slept in was quite bouncy, uncomfortable for me, but my friends didn't seem to have the same issue.

The toilet struggled to flush properly, frustrating, and a bright window above it woke us up earlier than we wanted. Wi-Fi was problematic due to a handwritten password that proved difficult to decipher, leaving me without access . The location was convenient for a quick trip into town and the cottage cheese served at breakfast was a good touch.
